For nigh on a decade now, I’ve been writing about food, thinking about food, and dabbled in the culinary arts. It’s about time to start publishing some of these things 🙂
This will be an exercise for me both in creative writing (versus the technical writing I do for a living), and in cooking. The goal shall not be to get views, fame, and money, but rather to have a creative outlet.
I’ll be publishing recipes, writing in general about various food-related topics, and trying some new things in food blogging from my day job. Technical English, revisioning recipes, “engineer cooking”, etc. will provide some interesting results I hope.
